These valves have a robust development and are easy to maintain in line. Strain drop and turbulence are reduced because of the full port bi-directional float capabilities. When a tight mechanical seal is required, the rising gate valve is recommended since it no longer requires line stress to seal.
Features
Conduit gate valves can be used in many applications.
They allow the fluid to flow in a fully open position and be restricted in a fully closed position, with minimal load losses. Not recommended for intermediate positions.
Gate valves are bidirectional and can be installed horizontally or vertically.
