Safety valve is a valve that act as a protection of tools from exploding or negative and it is basically established in strain vessels such as chemical plants, electric powered electricity boilers and gasoline storage tanks. Safety Valve is a kind of valve that routinely actuates when the strain of inlet aspect of the valve will increase to a predetermined pressure, to open the valve disc and discharge the fluid (steam or fuel ) ; and when the strain decreases to the prescribed value, to shut the valve disc again. A safety valve having no protrusions in the bore, and wherein the valve lifts to an extent sufficient for the minimum area at any section, at or below the seat, to become the controlling orifice.

The spring housing is vented to the discharge side, hence operational characteristics are directly affected by changes in the backpressure to the valve.

The oil, gas, and petroleum industry. Equipment failure can lead to fire or explosions, in which case a safety valve must discharge the hazardous substance

The energy sector. They are often used to discharge overpressure in steam, air, gas or liquid pipelines, or vessels/boilers
